Jeremy served with distinction in the U.S. Marine Corps and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat “V.” Since his discharge, Jeremy has advanced the mission of several organizations in the Veterans Community, including Student Veterans of America, the Wounded Warrior Project, United States Veterans Initiative, Inc., and the National Association of County Veteran Service Officers. Jeremy was also the Director of Veterans Behavioral Healthcare Initiative working for the Mental Health of America of Greater Houston. Jeremy holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Public Service Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
