Following retirement from the United States Army after 28 years of service, Daniel has become involved with veteran advocacy as well as working to share veterans’ experiences. Daniel has worked for the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation, and he has worked with the Society of the Honor Guard, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to properly commemorate the Centennial of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Daniel currently works with the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration to thank and honor all service members , and their families, for their honorable and dedicated service and sacrifice to our nation during the Vietnam War period.

Daniel is currently a member of the Association of the United States Army; an associate member of the Society of the Honor Guard, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier; and an honorary member of the Old Guard Association.

Becoming a member of the Board for Veterans’ Voice of America in the Fall of 2022, Daniel is excited to work to help veterans and their families progress through the challenging transition to civilian life following their military service.
